GCODE SENDER

How to set up the GCODE sender with your server.

Download the package from github. Link is on the right.

The GCODE sender is written in good old fashioned basic and requires that the repetier firmware be configured with debugging on.

You must know the com port number and baud speed you printer is using. If you are using the firmware available here it will be configured for 250000 baud speed.

You must also name your printer. This allows the print queue to know what printer is printing the item.

See the example below of what to expect in the settings window.

The Settings window

The start and end gcode boxes allow you to specify gcode for the ejection system or any extra gcode you want.
It will be added to the gcode file downloaded from the server at the beginning or the end as needed.
You could add a bit of extra gcode to clean clean and prime the nozzle or to activate other printer specific features.
